1st May 2020 to 30th April 2022
Job responsibilities:
- assist in preparing publicity plans and activities for Road Safety Council;
- prepare documents and execute publicity plansuand activities endorsed by the Road Safety Council and/or its committees/ working groups;
- generate and to maintain good media relationship for Road Safety Council;
- draft specifications for quotation invitation from private sectors in the implementation of the publicity plans andactivities;
- make arrangements for and assist in the production of publicity materials;
- draft news articles, press invitations, press releases and other related feature, as well as to handle press and public enquiries on road safety events and activities;
- enlist support from the community road safety partners through consolidating resources and funding;
- perform any other duties relevant to the promotion and administration of Road Safety Council; and
Requirements:
- Qualification equivalent to Bachelor Degree or above with at least 1 year work-related experience in event management OR
- Qualification equivalent to Higher Diploma or above with at least 5 years of work-related experience in event management;
- Have good communication and interpersonal skill;
- With good presentation skills in spoken Cantonese (including Putonghua), and written Chinese;
- Be energetic, physically fit and outgoing;
- Be a good team player;
- Have computer knowledge in Chinese Input Method, Word & Excel;
- Be enthusiastic and willing to work on irregular hours; and
- Be willing to work outdoor
