- Looking for candidates for Policy Administration Officer to join their team
Job Duties
- Handle new and renewal policy administration, policy alteration and billing in line with the Company’s service standard;
- Perform roles in accordance with internal operation manuals and guidelines and in compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Handle and answer inquiries from internal staff and business partners;
- input the simple test case scenarios
- validate the test case result and system output document
- documentation including the training manual and SOP
- 3 years of experience in insurance policy administration
Benefit
- Monthly Salary 23 – 28k
- 5-day work week (Mon- Fri/ 9-6)
