Job Description
- Assist the products team with product and process development
- Support the development of system requirements and participate in the user acceptance test
- Familiar with the banking operation process like KYC, AML and CDD
- Provide support on implementation for processes, automation, best practices, documentation
- Provide operational support for the provision of banking services (SWIFT Alliance, RTGS e.g. eMBT, eCMT & FPS knowledge preferred)
- Improve the operational efficiency and manage the operational risks involved
- Perform update and review of the regulations, rules, and guidelines
- Accomplish tasks within the time limit and complete other tasks assigned by superiors
- Report promptly to superiors for any irregularity
Job Requirement
- Degree holder in Finance / Business / Economics / Accounting or related disciplines is preferred
- Min. 3-4 years of experience in banking operations (Payment related preferred)
- Experience in banking systems implementation is much preferred
- Strong knowledge in bank operational workflow and regulatory requirements
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and enjoys working in a team.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English
