Client : A Global Telecom / Data Center Corporation with strong business operations in Hong Kong

Position : IT Support / Customer Services / Helpdesk ( Shift Duty required )

Work location – Shatin

Permanent

Shift duty required ( 08:00 - 20:00 and 20:00 - 0800 / 2 day on duty then 2 day off duty ( include Saturday / Sunday / Public holiday ))

 

Job duties:

• Provide professional concierge & customer services to clients and internal users via phone or email

• Handle customer and VIP inquiries globally (Europe & US) and fulfil customer requests on IT services

• Manage communication with customers and VIP in a friendly, professional & courteous manner

• Resolve customer complaints, establish relationships with customers, learning their preferences

• Create and maintain regular reports

• Perform Tier-1 trouble shooting and problem analysis on IT services

• Keep track of incident throughout the incident lifecycle

Candidate Requirement :

• Diploma or above

• Proficient in English and Cantonese

• 1 year relevant experience in IT helpdesk or customer service

• Experience in facing customers

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Customer-oriented, good telephone manner and problem solving skills

• Shift duty required
