Responsibilities: 

· Lead the Finance and Accounting functions with a team of staff 

· Develop finance and accounting policies, process and systems for accounting, internal control, financial budgeting, forecast, analysis and management reporting 

· Manage the routine finance and accounting processes and ad hoc assignments 

· Prepare routine and ad hoc management reporting and analysis in support of the financial management of the company 

· Advise senior management, business and operations leaders 

Requirements: 

· Degree holder in relevant business and management disciplines 

· Member of HKIPCA or equivalent 

· More than 6 years of experience 

· Dynamic, technically astute, strategic mindset with strong analytical ability 

· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) 

· Experience in financial and accounting system development, organization change an advantage
