- Experience in CS/ Account servicing/ Project coordination;
- Experience in handling IPO/ annual report/ circular/ announcement projects is a must;
- Main job duty is to liaise with clients face to face, by email or telephone with good customer service skills in order to fulfill their requirements;
- Act as a contact point between clients and internal parties to meet deadlines;
- 2nd and 3rd Shift (with shift allowance);
- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Monthly salary: Basic HK$18-25K (Depends on candidate’s experience) + discretionary bonus;
- Working location: Central;
- 5-day work;
- Good fringe benefits e.g. OT & Shift allowance, banking holiday, etc.
