  • Experience in CS/ Account servicing/ Project coordination;
  • Experience in handling IPO/ annual report/ circular/ announcement projects is a must;
  • Main job duty is to liaise with clients face to face, by email or telephone with good customer service skills in order to fulfill their requirements;
  • Act as a contact point between clients and internal parties to meet deadlines;
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.


  • Monthly salary: Depends on candidate’s experience + discretionary bonus;
  • Working location: Central;
  • 5-day work;
  • Good fringe benefits e.g. OT & Shift allowance, banking holiday, etc.
