 We are looking for a IT Support to join our expanding team.   

Highlight:

  • 5 Day Work Week

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO

  • Food & Beverage ("F&B") POS equipment and relevant devices' configuration, installation, training at clients’ venues in a professional manner.
  • To provide onsite support/maintenance on PCs hardware/software and system.
  • Troubleshoot for fault case and provide technical support either on-site or remotely to clients.  
  • Provide assistance in major POS system upgrade.
  • Provide support on any ad-hoc tasks from supervisors.
  • Provide after-office-hour standby/emergency support duties as and when required.  
  • Develop good relationship with customers.
  • Normally need to work at out of office.  

REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related discipline  
  • Knowledge in WAN/LAN, TCP/IP  
  • Experience in PC and network support 
  • Self-motivated with good analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Relevant working experience in F&B POS system support will be an advantage 
  • 2 years or above related experience is preferred 
  • Fresh graduate welcome
