We are looking for a IT Support to join our expanding team.
- 5 Day Work Week
- Comprehensive on-job training
- POS System
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO
- Food & Beverage ("F&B") POS equipment and relevant devices' configuration, installation, training at clients’ venues in a professional manner.
- To provide onsite support/maintenance on PCs hardware/software and system.
- Troubleshoot for fault case and provide technical support either on-site or remotely to clients.
- Provide assistance in major POS system upgrade.
- Provide support on any ad-hoc tasks from supervisors.
- Provide after-office-hour standby/emergency support duties as and when required.
- Develop good relationship with customers.
- Normally need to work at out of office.
REQUIREMENT
- Diploma holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related discipline
- Knowledge in WAN/LAN, TCP/IP
- Experience in PC and network support
- Self-motivated with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant working experience in F&B POS system support will be an advantage
- 2 years or above related experience is preferred
- Fresh graduate welcome
