普通話客戶服務員Customer Services Officer (5天工作)
職務:
• 在客戶服務中心為會員訂貨, 取貨, 換貨, 查詢及投訴等
• 懂得使用Microsoft Word, Excel及中文輸入法
要求：
• 中五或以上程度
• 具廣東話和普通話會話能力
• 有禮及良好溝通技巧
福利待遇：
• HK$11,000 - 14,000 /month
• 星期一至五
• 年終雙糧
• 醫療福利
• 有薪年假
