Job Responsibilities:
1) Performing administrative duties
2) Assisting in handling administrative operations
3) Handling and organizing office filing systems
4) General office management such as ordering materials
5) Assisting in handling employment / human resources
6) Performing ad hoc duties
Requirements:
· Experience in administration and employment
· Written and spoken English, Cantonese
(Spoken Mandarin is perferable)
· Excellent skills in Excel & Word
· Independent, self-motivated, responsible and diligent
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree
Year of experience:
1 year
