運營總監

崗位職責：

1、負責運營團隊的建設和管理，帶領運營團隊完成各項工作；

2、業務精細化運營管理，定期輸出經營管理相關報告；

3、制定各項運營指標和考核制度，優化並推動各項運營管理機制落地；

4、主動識別業務風險並及時解決，或通過跨團隊合作給與協作解決與優化；

5、承擔各業務方、商務等各團隊溝通的橋樑，為部門決策提供支持，保證策略的可實施性。

 

任職要求：

1、本科及以上學歷；

2、5年以上相關工作經驗，2年以上管理經驗；

3、在IT公司有相關業務運營及管理的經驗優先；

4、良好的商業敏感度和協同能力，具備出色的溝通能力及協調能力；

5、邏輯思維能力強，具有較強的數據分析能力和文案工作能力；

6、熟悉金融IT行業情況，瞭解金融IT解決方案、產品的現狀及發展趨勢；

7、熟悉商業化運營指標，優秀的分析和策略優化能力；

8、擅長體系化思考，並能夠不斷學習，有創新意識，抗壓能力強；

9、精通普通話和英語。

 

Responsibilities:

1. Construct and manage the operation team, and lead the operation team to complete various tasks;

2. Refine business operation and management, and regularly produces operational and management reports;

3. Formulate operational indicators and assessment principals, optimize and implement the mechanism of operational management;

4. Proactively identify business risks and resolve them in time;

5. Facilitate communication between internal teams and business units, provide support for departmental decision-making, and ensure the plausibility of operational strategy.

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, and minimum 2 years of management experience;

3. Experience in related business operation and management in technology companies is preferred;

4. Good business sensitivity, excellent communication and coordination skills; 

5. Strong logic, writing skills and data analysis ability;

6. Familiar with Fintech industry, understand its status quo and trends of solutions and products;

7. Proficient in the use of operational indicators, analysis and strategy optimization;

8. Strong systematic thinking, initiatives to innovate, and the ability to work under pressure;

9.  Fluent in Mandarin and English.
