Job description
Prepare sales quotations and PowerPoint presentations
Assist in the preparation of documents/proposals for tender submission
Handle sales order processing activities for before and after sales services
Coordinate and work closely with internal parties
Perform ad-hoc assignment as required by management
What You Should Have
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales administration, fresh graduated will also be considered
Proficient in MS Office & Google drive
Good command in written and spoken English &Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
Self-motivated, detailed-minded and able to work under pressure
Immediate available is highly preferred
Employment Type
Full time (Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00, Sat 09:00-13:00 (Alternative Saturday-off) )
