Administrative Clerk
Job Description
Responsibilities :
-Assistance to follow up order, stock keeping, arrange delivery
-Provide administrative support to managers
-Handle office administration such as office supplies inventory maintenance, place and follow up orders on supplies
-Provide office administration support for the company
-Handle daily office administrative work such as filings, invoice photocopying and scanning
Requirement:
-Secondary School graduate or above with at least 2 years office administration experience
-Responsible, hardworking and attentive to details
-Able to work under pressure
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
