 Responsibilities: 

· Provide sales and administrative support to the manager 

· Assist manager to prepare sales/promotion materials and documents 

· Assist manager to handle customer requests and after-sales service 

· Assist manager in any ad-hoc duties 

  Requirements: 

· Proven
experience in Personal Assistant, admin role, sales coordinator will be considered a plus; 

· Proficiency in English 

· Proactive learner 

· Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving 

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc 

· A team player with high level of dedication  

 職責範圍: 

· 協助經理完成銷售及其相關文書工作 

· 協助經理準備銷售及宣傳相關資料及文件 

· 協助經理處理客人查詢及售後服務 

· 協助經理處理突發事宜 

要求: 

· 具有個人助理/行政/銷售助理經驗經驗者優先考慮 

· 能熟練運用英語 

· 主動學習 

· 具良好組織能力及解決問題能力 

· 優秀的溝通技巧 

· 能熟練使用MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc 

· 具有高度奉獻精神的團隊合作者
