- 負責接待顧客
- 接聽電話及安排客人的預約時間
- 安排顧客入座及為客人點餐
- 控制人流及處理查詢
- 向僱客提供專業餐飲服務
入職條件:
- 中五或以上程度
- 須具有1年以上餐飲、酒店或客戶服務相關接待工作經驗
- 能操流利廣東話、基本英語
- 良好中文、英文書寫能力
- 充滿熱誠、具團隊精神並以客為先
- 有責任感, 守時, 具良好服務態度及有禮貌
