Our client is a well-established bank in Hong Kong, they are looking for a Direct Sales Representative to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Solicit personal loan applications through out-reach sales activities and outbound calls
- Meet or exceed the monthly sales volume target
- Follow the established workflow & procedures and deliver quality service to customer
- Handle customer enquiries in a professional way to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Secondary educated or above
- Has direct sales experience by phone call, preferably in financial industry
- Able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- Good customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Direct Sales Representative
