Finance Manager

Responsibilities: 

1. Presiding over the development of financial strategic
planning, to demonstrate abilities exposure across the full array of financial
functions including accounting, control and compliance, audit, financial
planning, and analysis, be able to interpret and deliver well-executed
financial expertise to the business; 

2. Establishing a
scientific and systematic financial accounting system and monitoring system in
line with the actual situation of the enterprise, and conducting effective
internal control； 

3. Formulate capital
operation plan, supervise capital management report and final accounts,
formulate accounting plan and tax planning plan； 

4. Provide
professional financial analysis and decision-making basis for matters of
operation, business development, financing. participate in risk assessment,
guidance, tracking and financial risk control of major business projects and
activities； 

5. Operate as business
partner to the market leads of global team, to identify areas of potential
growth and/or recommended remedial actions to promote successful achievement of
financial objectives； 

6. Coordinate and
prepare, budget and forward planning, financial reports, operational updates,
and special analyses for the management teams. 

Qualifications/Skills: 

1. Bachelor’s degree or above
in business, finance, accounting, substantial professional and managerial
experience in Fin-tech industry at minimum 10 years.Possess sound knowledge in China
and SEA countries in listing rules, takeover code, and funds management. 

2. A strong, highly
mature partner to the stakeholders and their leadership teams in an extremely
fast pace and rapidly changing environment, Strategic outlook, strong
commercial drive and ability to see the big picture; 

3. Strong analytical and
process skills, rigorous in approach; Action, results, and solutions-oriented
in approach 

4. Able to engage with
colleagues, business partners and clients across the global teams.Excellent
written and oral communication skills, Strong leadership skills, Come with a
highly collaborative approach, along with a teamwork ethic. 

5. Have a
well-established banking and investor network & relationship 

Preferred skills: 

1. Professionally
qualified in Finance or Accountant certification a plus. 

2. Fluency in written
and spoken both in English and Chinese is preferred.
