What you will be doing:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the department, such as maintaining database accuracy, filing, documentation, etc.;
- Follow up orders, arrange sample shipment and monitor the status;
- Ad-hoc assignments as required.
The type of person we are looking for:
1. Fresh graduates are also welcomed;
2. Eager to learn, flexible, proactive personality, trustworthy;
3. Detailed-minded, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Strong PC skills and literate in MS Office, Outlook and Chinese word process;
5. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
