Handle inquiries and complaints from customer for overseas self-drive car rental. Coordinate with overseas counterpart to settle complaints.
Selling travel products. General office administration work.
DSE or above. Good sense of responsibility and customer-service oriented.
Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, proficient in MS Word, Excel
5.5-day Work Week. Bank holidays.
Monday to Friday: 08:45 - 18:00, Saturday: 0845 - 13:00
$14,000 or above monthly salary with 3-month probation
