主要職責 :  

• 領導和推動香水顧問團隊實現銷售和KPI目標 
• 了解顧客需求銷售Floroma產品,用最優質服務為顧客提供難忘的購物體驗 
• 監控店鋪營運、支持人力規劃和零售相關報告 
• 與高層管理人員就不同戰略密切合作 
• 處理管理層分配的臨時職責 
• 建立和維護最高標準的店鋪環境和客戶服務  

職位要求 :  

• 具備2年或以上美容或香水行業零售經驗者優先 
• 具備強大的領導能力、人際關係和溝通技巧 
• 能夠獨立工作 
• 良好廣東話、英語和普通話 
• 以結果為導向 
• 經驗豐富的候選人將被視為區域主管  

薪金：  

• 底薪 + 每月佣金可高達$30k 
• 季度達標佣金

Shop Manager     Job Highlights 

• Good salary package and store commission (monthly
commission can reach $30k)

Main
duties : 

• Lead and drive the fragrance consultant team to achieve
sales and KPI goals 

• Understand customer needs and sell Floroma products, and
provide customers with an unforgettable shopping experience with the best
service 

• Monitor store operations, support manpower planning and
retail related reporting 

• Work closely with senior management on different
strategies 

• Handle temporary responsibilities assigned by management 

• Establish and maintain the highest standards of store
environment and customer service 

  

Job Requirements : 

• 2 or more years of retail experience in the beauty or fragrance
industry is a plus 

• Possess strong leadership, interpersonal and
communication skills 

• Able to work independently 

• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin 

• Result
oriented 

• Experienced candidates will be considered Regional
Directors 

  

Salary: 

• Basic salary + monthly commission up to $30k 

• Quarterly compliance commission
