Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver high-quality STEM lessons to students of various ages and skill levels.
  2. Create a dynamic and interactive learning environment that promotes student engagement and curiosity.
  3. Design and implement hands-on activities, experiments, and projects to enhance students' understanding of STEM concepts.
  4. Provide clear explanations, demonstrations, and guidance to students in a way that fosters their learning and problem-solving skills.
  5. Assess and evaluate students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and track their individual development.
  6. Collaborate with other teachers and teaching assistants to enhance the curriculum and develop innovative teaching strategies.
  7. Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in STEM education to ensure the course content remains relevant and engaging.
  8. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and a love for learning.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, etc.).
  2. Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience in STEM education.
  3. Strong knowledge and understanding of STEM subjects, curriculum frameworks, and pedagogical approaches.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine passion for inspiring students in STEM fields.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively plan lessons and manage classroom activities.
  7. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with different learning styles and abilities.
  8. Experience in project-based learning, hands-on experiments, and integrating technology into the classroom is highly desirable.
