Job Description

The Manager (Packaging Department) is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day product labeling operations. This role involves coordinating and optimizing all aspects of the stick labeling process to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products while maintaining a high level of quality standards. You are also required to collaborate with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders, to achieve production goals and objectives. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

l Planning, coordinate and monitor day-to-day product labeling activities to achieve delivery schedule. 

l Responsible for production capacity analysis and ensuring quality standard. 

l Improve the lebeling performance and efficiency, cost saving and product quality. 

l formulating and implementing policies and procedures to improve productivity. 

l Implement cost reduction and company goal projects. 

REQUIREMENT

l 5 years or above relevant experience. 

l Ability to work in dynamic working environment, independent and mature, can work under pressure. 

l Strategic and result-oriented problem solvers. 

l Excellent management and communication skill, problem solving, analytical and decision making.
