Job description:
- Conduct in-depth analysis and research on real estate development trends.
- Identify potential investment opportunities and propose feasible investment recommendations to optimize the return with measurable risk exposure.
- Formulate and implement the investment strategies, including project evaluation, investment decision-making, and portfolio management.
- Lead end-to-end deal execution, including due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, post-acquisition integration plan, transaction document negotiation & drafting and closing.
- Track and monitor the progress of investment projects, evaluate investment performance, and adjust investment strategies as needed.
- Coordinate and handle various issues in investment projects to ensure the realization of investment goals as scheduled.
- Monitor investment transactions and portfolio performance in order to achieve the investment objectives.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in management or related disciplines
- At least 10 years of real estate experience.
- Strong business connection in the industry of Hong Kong and China market
- Excellent leadership and management skills, work well under pressure
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
