RM 1002-1003 TUNG NING BLDG 1. Assist Regional Business Development Manager to oversee day-to-day operation and monitor
performance of all retail shops in an orderly and professional manner and to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
2. Work closely with China head quarter on merchandising products and ensure a well balance of sales and stock level
control.
3. Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Support Regional Manager in rostering, disciplinary functions and evaluations.
4. Prepare weekly and monthly reports to ensure adherence to budgets and to give recommendations whenever necessary.
5. Propose & implement suitable marketing and promotion plan for the Company.
6. Follow safety policies and procedures ensuring safe work conditions at all times.
7. Responsible to communicate with property management on all matters related to shop operation.
8. Responsible for other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' management experience in retail operation.
- Experience in kids / family retail operations an advantage.
- Willing to interact with kids, proactive, customer-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
