負責檢驗住宅單位缺陷，
驗收清潔等，
準備交樓工作，
之後會交樓予小業主及跟進單位缺陷及有關文件工作。
一星期暫時可番星期一至六(按實際需要)，
交樓期需要返星期一至日，輪休。
