Job Duties:

• Preparing cakes, pastry, desserts, chocolates and bread

• Operating and monitoring ovens, dough and slicing machines

• Preparing ingredients & purchasing ingredients, monitoring ingredient inventory

• Monitoring food quality and hygiene

• Allocating manpower and training staff

• Managing kitchen operations

• Assisting in other kitchen duties

Requirements:

• Primary 6 education

• 1 year relevant experience

• Fair spoken English

• Fair reading and writing in English

• No skill test required during interview

Working Hours: 15:00-24:00 (with 1 hour meal break)

Working Days: 6 days per week

Location: TAI PO, NEW TERRITORIES
