Job title: Global HR&Admin VP
Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic planning and execution:
1) Responsible for leading and managing the global human resources administration to ensure that the human resources strategy is aligned with the overall goals and vision of the company;
2) Work with global business leaders to ensure human administration supports business growth and expansion plans.
2. Talent Management:
1) Lead global recruitment, training and development programs to attract, develop and retain top talent.
2) Design and implement a performance management system to ensure that employee performance is consistent with the company's objectives.
3. Organization development:
1) Drive organizational culture and change management programs to support corporate strategy and employee engagement.
2) Manage global employee relations, including resolving labor disputes and promoting employee satisfaction.
4. Compliance and Risk Management:
1) Ensure that global HR practices comply with local laws and international standards.
2) Manage HR related risks, including employment litigation and compliance issues.
5. Leadership and management:
1) Provide leadership, guidance and motivation to the global HR team.
2) Manage the human resources budget to ensure the effective allocation and use of resources.
6. Technology and Innovation:
1) Leverage the latest HR technologies and tools to improve efficiency and employee experience.
2) Drive innovation in HR processes and systems to improve the efficiency of global operations.
Job requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
Work experience: At least 15-20 years of HR management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management position, with global HR management experience preferred.
Language skills: Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to use as a working language.
Leadership: Strong leadership and influence, able to motivate and guide teams.
Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively with employees and management at all levels.
Strategic thinking: The ability to think and plan strategically to support the long-term goals of the company.
