物業管理客戶服務主任 Passenger Services Officer - Airport Area

主要職責：

• 於等候室、航站服務台、行李處理和轉機艙等不同地點為乘客提供服務和協助 (包括檢查旅遊證件)

職位要求：

• 中五（香港中學會考）或中六（香港中學文憑）或以上學歷
• 良好英語、中文和普通話書寫及口語能力
• 良好溝通能力
• 具有機場營運經驗獲優先考慮

該職位需輪更工作，工作時間在05:40-00:40 內，每天工作9.5小時，包括1小時用膳時間。每週工作6天 (輪休) 。

Job Duties

Providing assistance and quality services to passengers in the area of Intermodal Transfer Terminal, Waiting Lounge, Terminal Service Desk, Baggage handling, and Transfer Cabin (Included travel document checking)

Job Requirements

• Form 5 education (HKCEE) or Form 6 (HKDSE) or above; or Form 3 education or above with minimum 2 years of experience in airline operation or other relevant fields
• Fluent in Cantonese, conversant in simple English and Putonghua
• General communication skill
• Experience in airport operations is preferred

This position requires shift work, with hours scheduled between 05:40 and 00:40, totaling 9.5 hours of work each day, including a 1-hour meal break, work 6 days a week (shift holiday).
