Project Manager
Duties:
· Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
· Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring that all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
· Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and updates.
· Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project schedules and budgets.
· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.
· Ensure that all construction and engineering activities meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
· Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
· Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction and engineering industry.
· Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary: $40000-$50000
