Duties:
- Lead end-to-end project management of the sustainable energy monitoring systems, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with clients, engineers, and other professionals.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement monitoring/control systems (e.g., IoT sensors, remote diagnostics).
- Ensure compliance with regulations, electrical safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and post-installation evaluations.
- Supervise on-site installations and conduct post-deployment performance reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, IT or related field.
- 3–5 years of project management experience
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and renewable energy integration.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of marine system and installation procedures will be a plus
