Analyst - Real Estate

Duties:

· Conduct in-depth research and financial analysis on Chinese real estate companies across various subsectors (e.g., residential development, commercial property, property management) and direct property investments.

· Perform detailed financial modeling and asset valuation by analyzing company filings, earnings reports, and data from local market sources.

· Monitor and interpret market trends, economic indicators, industry developments, and regulatory changes to assess their impact on the real estate sector.

· Execute due diligence on target companies and assets, including conducting site visits and attending industry conferences and seminars.

· Develop and present comprehensive reports, investment presentations, and company updates for internal stakeholders and institutional clients.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Trading, Portfolio Management, Compliance) to support the development and execution of investment strategies.

· Maintain the accuracy and integrity of proprietary databases by consistently updating them with relevant market and asset information.

· Support the management of existing real estate investment portfolios through performance tracking and risk assessment.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or Accounting, MBA preferred

· 5+ years of experience in a real estate industry in China Market

· Knowledge of real estate markets, property types, and relevant regulations.

· Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple deadlines.
