Senior Project Manager (Contract up to 31 Oct 2026)

 Job Responsibilities:
- Review funding application to determine time frame, formulate and propose project schedule, work plan, staffing for each phrase of the project with allotment of manpower to various phases
- Plan and execute a series of exhibitions, events, and campaigns in local and overseas markets with external parties
- Oversee and achieve the KPI set in the proposal with the support of external parties
- Maintain and extend the network and build up relationships with local and overseas associations and supporting partners
- Active report on development and plan or any related initiative work to Management Team
- Handle completion report and HR related documents
- Travel to overseas/ mainland China for events and exhibition operation 

Requirements:
- A university degree holder or above with a minimum of 8 years related experience in event, local & overseas exhibition, marketing, public relation & project management, and government funding projects are preferred;
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical mind. Good business sense and consumer insight;
- Excellent project planning and project management skills to enhance procedures and controls under tight timeline and pressure;
- Mature, good interpersonal and communication skills, open mind and good at cross-culture communication;
- All round marketing skills include but are not limited to conferences, forums, exhibitions, large-scale festivals events, overseas roadshows, delegation tours etc;
- Attention to details; used to handle multi-tasks;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
