Project Manager

Job Description

1.Take charge of overall management for multiple cross-border projects of group subsidiaries, monitor project progress, potential risks and relevant budget expenditure. 

2.Co-ordinate internal and external teams from and the Group’s overseas subsidiaries, align different resources and resolve various communication obstacles during project execution. 

3.Compile project documents and operational updates on a regular basis, report status to company director to guarantee projects are delivered as scheduled. 

4.File meeting minutes, requirement papers and phase reports, continuously optimise internal project workflow to cut redundant work and improve overall team efficiency. 

5.Gather feedback from operation and R&D teams, prioritise iteration requirements, and support version updates and product optimisation after project launch.

Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree or above.

2.Possess competent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English for cross-border collaboration and overseas-related daily correspondence. 

3.Clear logical thinking with good stress tolerance, capable of handling several concurrent projects and properly control the execution rhythm of different tasks.
