Post:Customer Service & Sales Support Officer (Japanese Speaking) カスタマーサポートサービス


  1. Fluent in Japanese (Japanese Language Proficiency Test – Level 1 or 2) plus either English/ Chinese
  2. 1 to 2 years of Customer Service / Finance / Insurance experience
  3. Passed IIQE Exam is an advantage

Job duties:

  1. Handle clients or business partner’s enquires 
  2. Translate documents from Chinese/English to Japanese
  3. Prepare seminar and sales activities
  4. Perform policy admin duties  


  1. 日本語を母国語とし英語もしくは中国語がビジネスレベルの方
  2. 1~2 年のカスタマーサービス/ホスピタリティ/金融/保険の経験をお持ちの方尚可
  3. IIQE ペーパー1、3、5(保険ブローカー資格)をお持ちの方優遇


  1. お客様及び代理店からのお問い合わせ対応
  2. 英語 / 中国語 ->日本語の書類翻訳 
  3. セミナー開催時のサポート
  4. 管理業務およびアウトスタンディングのフォローアップ

Salary:$17000 – 20000
