Requirements：
- Fluent in Japanese (Japanese Language Proficiency Test – Level 1 or 2) plus either English/ Chinese
- 1 to 2 years of Customer Service / Finance / Insurance experience
- Passed IIQE Exam is an advantage
Job duties：
- Handle clients or business partner’s enquires
- Translate documents from Chinese/English to Japanese
- Prepare seminar and sales activities
- Perform policy admin duties
募集要項：
- 日本語を母国語とし英語もしくは中国語がビジネスレベルの方
- 1～2 年のカスタマーサービス/ホスピタリティ/金融/保険の経験をお持ちの方尚可
- IIQE ペーパー１、３、５(保険ブローカー資格)をお持ちの方優遇
業務内容
- お客様及び代理店からのお問い合わせ対応
- 英語 / 中国語 ->日本語の書類翻訳
- セミナー開催時のサポート
- 管理業務およびアウトスタンディングのフォローアップ
Salary：$17000 – 20000
