技術總監-電機工程

 源興邦國際能源集團有限公司致力於太陽能發電安裝、樓宇節能系統、智能電網服務、國際項目開發諮詢，及可再生能源研發，目標聯繫及服務歐亞能源科技及開發，達致產之為潔能、用之為節能、聯之為智能。 

  

我們現時正在處於初創階段，並在設計產品，需要主動積極、充滿熱誠並具電機工程及國際專案開發經驗的技術總監，協助我們完成這項有意義的產業發展，職位詳情如下： 

  

技術總監-電機工程 

職責： 

－產品電氣設計：包括電氣圖紙繪製、電氣部件選型等 

－分析同類產品，改良自身產品 

－選擇、對接、管理分包商，對接合作方，及監管研發進度上提供電氣角度分析 

－開拓國內外政府、開發商等客戶資源，出席公開活動及宣傳  

－有需要時提供其他協助 

  

資歷經驗： 

－持有碩士或以上學歷，主修電機工程、屋宇裝備、電機自動化、電機一體化、能源管理相關專業 

－3年或以上工作經驗，熟悉電機圖繪畫、電氣設計、新能源及源網荷的電氣規劃，有國際能源專案開發經驗 

－曾處理能太陽能發電安裝、樓宇節能系統、智能電網服務, 至少兩類; 並持有相關電機工程牌照 

－熟悉PLC、CAD 等電機工程常用軟件使用 

－流利廣東話、英語及普通話, 另懂一門外語(特別是俄語)為佳 

－快速收集並整理資訊，並能獨立思考和籌畫事項 

－能自我調整以適應專案現時情況和工作方式 

－接受新處事方式，主動學習新技能，並積極提供建議協助團隊 

－性格正面樂觀，能在壓力下工作，於限期前提交令人滿意的成果 

－準確理解他人說話，詢問適當問題厘清情況 （良好溝通技能以及團隊精神，和其他團隊成員保持良好互動）

We are a start-up company and looking for a technical director with proactivity, enthusiasm and experience in electrical engineering and international project development to assist us in this promising industry. The job details are as follows: 

  

Technical Director- Electrical engineering 

Responsibilities: 

－Electrical engineering of product design: including drawing and, the selection of electrical components, etc.. 

－Analysis of rival products and improvement of our own.  

－Selection, connection, and management of subcontractors, connection with partners, and analysis of R&D progress from electrical engineering perspective. 

－Exploration of customer resources such as domestic and foreign governments, developers, and attendance at open events and publicity.  

－Additional assistance when needed 

  

  

Qualification and experience: 

－Master's degree or above, major in electrical engineering, building service, electrical automation, mechatronics, energy management or other relevant disciplines.  

－3 years or more working experience, familiar with electrical drawing, electrical engineering design, electrical planning of new energy and “Source-Grid-Load” System network, and experience in international energy project development. 

－Experience in at least two types among: installation of solar energy system, energy-saving systems of buildings, andsmart grid services; holder of relevant electrical engineering licenses. 

－Proficiency in common engineering software such as PLC and CAD. 

－Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin; Proficiency in other foreign language (particularly Russian) is an advantage 

－Prompt and accurate collection and organization of information, with independent mindedness and task- planning skills. 

－Capability to self-adjust to current situation and working style of the project. 

－Open to new approaches, initiative to learn new skills, and intention to proactively provide advice to assist the team. 

－Optimism, ability to work under pressure and, submit satisfactory results prior to deadline. 

－Correctly interpret others’messages and raise proper questions for clarification.
