Our client is an international organization that serves investment management professionals with educational, ethical and certification programs. They are looking for a Temp Coordinator to support their team. The contract will start in the early of June for 3 months contract. Immediate available is preferable.• Project management - Collaborate closely and manage project logistics with both internal and external stakeholders. • Administration - Manage scheduling of client meetings, creation and adapting of client presentations, budgeting, special projects, reports and general administration (including travel and expenses). • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.• 3 years’ solid experience in administration, project management plus budgeting in multinational organization• Proficient in English & Chinese (written and oral) is a must• Good PC skills such as MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ability to use other MS system (i.e. Sharepoint, One Drive etc) is a plusInterested parties please email your updated resume with latest and expected salary package in "MS WORD" format to stephaniel@gemini.com.hkPlease note that only shortlisted candidate will be notified.
