 Responsibilities: 

· Offer technical support and resolve problems through troubleshooting on office automation (OA) systems and networking problems 

· Serve as a backup support in helpdesk operation 

· Troubleshoot technical problems and investigate hardware equipment repair and provide replacement solutions. 

· Design, implement and modify OA hardware and software based on industrial standards, policies and guidelines. 

· Regulate computer standards, setup procedures and operation manuals 

· Perform duties in Inventory Management and lead relocation tasks

 Requirements: 

Ÿ Diploma or above, holder in Information Technology or related discipline 

Ÿ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology services with a minimum of 3 years of experience in end-user computing and technical support services position 

Ÿ Prefer candidates with Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) 

Ÿ Experience in Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory, MS Office 2007 and Lotus Notes 

Ÿ Exposure with PC hardware support experience 

Ÿ Excellent soft skills and techniques in interpersonal communication and presentation 

Ÿ Fluent in speaking English, and Cantonese; proficient in writing English, and Chinese 

  • Work hour : Mon to Fri 8:30 - 18:20, and Sat 8:00 - 18:00 (Must be willing to work one full day on Saturday per month as shift)
