Our client is a prestigious Education Center with two centers and its headquarters being located in Causeway Bay. They provide innovativelydesigned courses for children and young adults to help students become exceptional writers, confident speakers and creative thinkers. They have over 10 years’ experience in education and have created long-lasting relationships with their clients and partners. 

Responsibilities 

· Provide general reception duties such as handling telephone calls, greeting visitors, mailing & courier service, conference rooms booking etc. 

· Provide administrative and clerical support including office admin, office supplies and equipment maintenance, barcode printing, document preparation, etc. 

· Maintain office environment to ensure a smooth running of operations and facilities 

Requirements 

· Diploma holder or equivalent, with at least 1 year relevant experience 

· Good interpersonal and communication skills 

· Diligent, responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently 

· Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin 

· Good PC knowledge in MS office include word, excel  

· Immediate available preferred
