Responsibilities:
- Handle phone enquires from customer via phone and email
- Handle complaints cases
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by manager
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- Experience in customer servicing is an advantange
- Responsible and enthusiastic
- Customer oriented and positive attitude
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
- Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Office applications
About Work:
- 5 days work week
- Working Location: Shek Mun
