Social Media Editor 多媒體撰稿員

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the social media platforms (FB/IG), create, post, reply and interact with our followers;
• Help plan, execute and optimize the attractiveness contents of social media
• Manage the marketing and promotion events, edits and proofs contents;
• Research, create, edit and post story, need to communicate with internal parties, suppliers, partnership and media;
• Design the different marketing and branding promotion plan according to the business configuration;
• Explore new ways of different social media platforms, pursuit of innovation and build up the platforms.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Language Studies, Journalism, Communications, translation or related discipline;
• Familiarized with different social media operations;
• Familiarized with SEO search engine, able to manage SEO promotion and search traffic;
• Experience in operating the social media over 2 years, strong understanding of different channels;
• Excellent Chinese and English writing and storytelling skills, strong editorial and reviewing skills;
• Able to simplify complex information into compelling language, increase the efficiency and creativity;
• Experience in handling the PR programme;
• Curious about new things, active in different social media;
• With communication skills, proactive responsible and team spirit.

職責描述：

• 負責社交媒體（FB、IG等）的日常運作，創建、發佈、回應內容、與粉絲互動溝通
• 規劃社交媒體網絡的內容編撰及日常互動，為各種媒體撰寫清晰且引人注目的稿件；
• 負責規劃各類營銷、推廣、公關活動、鱔稿、新聞稿、宣傳資料等，並進行修改及校對；
• 研究、編寫、編輯和發佈故事，需要與內部、供應商、媒體合作夥伴溝通協助；
• 根據不同的業務形態設計不同的品牌、行業和產品營銷方案；
• 探索新社交媒體的玩法，不拘泥現有形式，追求創新，建立各平台媒體傳播。

入職要求：

• 對互聯網及社交媒體有深入認識，熟悉社交媒體運作流程和各類產品營銷工具；
• 善於利用SEO搜尋引擎挖掘熱點關鍵字進行選題策劃；
• 營運社交媒體2年以上工作經驗，對不同的傳播渠道有較深入理解；
• 專上教育學位，以主修語言及文學 /傳播媒體製作等學歷為佳；
• 中英文流利書寫，創意獨到，能獨立策劃專題、文章撰寫、編輯能力強；
• 了解公司業務並有洞察力，能快速轉換圖文、短視頻等各種傳播形態進行公眾溝通，具創意和效率高；
• 有獨立策劃大型公關項目的經驗；
• 對新鮮事物充滿好奇，活躍於各社交媒體；
• 善於溝通、積極主動及盡責，富團隊合作精神。
