JobResponsibilities:**
Responsible for answering calls,handlingcustomer complaints and answering general inquiries and follow-up matters
Responsible for responding to customeremails,Facebook,Whatsapp,and Wechat
Responsible for scheduling customerreception
Assist with company reception
Responsible for corporate documents andadministrative work
Ordering and distribution of company items
Complete the tasks of other supervisors
Job** requirements:**
Secondary 5 or above
Proactive,responsible,professional andcourteous,with good communication skills and team spirit;
Fluent in Cantonese, understand basicMandarin and English communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft office
Experience in reception and front deskrelated work is preferred
