RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support of COMPANY IT Network Infrastructure and services availability, capacity and 7x24 hours support
• Supporting the new technology solutions Implementation / upgrade
• Provide management of network Infrastructure services and support, performance and service monitoring & tuning
• Carry out network maintenance including installation, troubleshooting, disaster recovery planning
• Ensure the IT Network infrastructure are fulfil compliance/security requirement
• Evaluates new products or services and suggests changes to existing products or services to enhance the operation of services
• Prepare system documentation and operation manual
• Assists in conducting DR Drill and BCP process
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
• Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent with more than 4 years of relevant experience gained in sizable organization
• Hands-on experience in network administration with Strong Knowledge in LAN/MAN/WAN/Cloud Network Architecture, Firewall, Router/Switch, Wireless LAN, VPN, IPS, WAF, SLB, Network Management, Performance Monitoring and Security Tools
• Good knowledge on various vendor products such as Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo alto, Imperva, F5, Riverbed
• Holder of professional qualification(s) preferred e.g. Cisco CCNA
• Good command of written English and Chinese; fluent in spoken English
