工作內容:
- 網站及頁面結構的優化，以便於搜索引擎更好地檢索和收錄網頁內容
- 關鍵詞競爭度及轉化率的分析和研究，制定SEO策略，帶領團隊共同完成大中型網站的整體優化項目
- 網站各項數據的監控和分析，包括網站軟硬件環境運行性能，搜索引擎蜘蛛爬取情況，網站流量及訪客的跳出率和粘度，網站收錄及關鍵詞排名的監測等
要求條件:
- 熟稔白帽、灰帽、黑帽等相關優化技術
- 具備SEO資源探索能力
- 熟悉數據統計分析能力進而評估各項SEO策略之結果
- 具備競爭者網站優化分析
- 熟悉各大搜尋引擎等原理和特點，熟悉排名規則和規律，並制定優化策略
- 熟悉HTML，略懂CSS, JS等前端技術
- 對Google Analytic及 Google Search Console有認識
- 可獨立作業及解決困難，也能與團隊合作
- 有3年以上中大型網站SEO經驗，有多個站點優化實戰案例，熟悉網站營運
- 溝通及協調能力強，能快速掌握業務需求和業務取向
- 掌握基本的SEO知識，包括：關鍵詞挖掘，相關性檢查，外部推廣建設，頁面建設，內部鏈接規劃等
- 熟悉搜索引擎各種算法規則，掌握排名規律
- 擅長流量分析，SEO基本規則分析，包括收錄，SITE值
- 月薪:$30-50K
