Key responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and management accounts with monthly closing and reconciliation
- Year-end consolidated financial statements for annual audit, forecast and tax filing
- Day-to-day admin including documents management, staff payrolls, incentive calculations, MPF and other personnel matters
- General banking tasks such as payment/deposit processing, account reconciliations and assisting with financing
- Interface with external consultants on company secretarial matters
What we look for
- accounting and admin (fresh graduate is welcome, degree, ACCA or other professional qualifications will be an advantage)
- Responsible, organized and detail-oriented team player with can-do attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work independently
- Knowledge in accounting systems (e.g. Peachtree, Xero)
- Computer proficiency especially in MS Word and Excel
- Good command of verbal and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
