Responsibilities:
- Work closely with production manager and sales team for adequate supply on raw materials in order to maximize the production capacity
- Master schedule planning between production line and Purchasing team to ensure real time delivery of products to customers
- Review the schedule planned, prioritize and reschedule the production sequence to enhance process efficiency and on-time output
- Perform routine lines inspection and in-process control at various stages of manufacturing processes
- Assist in implementing and maintaining the documentation system and quality management system;
- Communicate and work closely with internal another department for daily operation
Requirements: -
- Bachelor degree in Business, Materials Management or other related field
- 2 years working experience in Food & Catering industry,
- Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in computer operations (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing)
- Ability to work independently as well as a team;
- Self-motivated, and good communication skills; and
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must
