Responsibilities: 

· Formulate change management and stakeholder engagement strategy for a large-scale project affecting various stakeholders in the community 

· Build and manage stakeholder relationship 

· Develop stakeholder engagement plans 

· Execute engagement activities and strengthen stakeholder support and contribution 

· Facilitate the integration of project and change management strategies and activities 

· Track engagement effectively and advise project and senior management 

Requirements: 

· Degree holders in relevant business and management disciplines  

· Minimum 10 years of management experience in public or private sector 

· Proven experience in project management and change management to enable large-scale project implementation and changes with large impact on sizable organizations or the community 

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

· Ability to foster and build relationships, engage and influence others, work with diverse internal and external stakeholders 

· Flexible and adaptable with a strong awareness and understanding of stakeholder diversity and interests 

· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
