Responsibilities:
- Perform helpdesk support to users;
- Documentation and tracking of user information in order to comply instructions and guidance;
- Network or server troubleshooting if needed.
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in computer or related discipline with minimum 1 year working experience
- Able to work independently and self-motivated
- Customer-oriented with good communication and good sense
- Immediately availability is preferred
