Helpdesk Assistant / Technical Support
工作範圍:
• 協助公司員工解決電腦操作問題
• 防毒軟體維護與管理
• 電腦維護和故障處理
• 網路日常管理、維護
• 日常管理，監控系統，解決伺服器硬體，軟體問題
• 一般寫字樓電腦技術支援
• 幫助電腦軟件及硬件安裝，解決分店之技術問題
• 協助整理IT相關的文件檔案
Requirements:
• Diploma or above in computer or related discipline with minimum 1 year working experience
• Able to work independently and self-motivated
• Customer-oriented with good communication and good sense
• Immediately availability is preferred
