各級泰菜/西餐廚師Head Chef/Chef  

工作內容 Job Description 

  • 規劃和管理廚房的日常運作 (Planning and managing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen. )
  • 管理廚房的生產,確保食品質量,食品安全和衛生標準符合公司要求(Accountable for the food quality, consistency and production of the kitchen, food safety and hygiene according tothe restaurant’s standard)
  • 負責配方的準備,物料的質量管理,人手分配和部門預算。(Responsible for recipe preparation, supplies quality management, manpower planning and departmental operating budget. )
  • 培訓和指導團隊成員以提高產品質量。 (Achieve excellence for food production by training and coaching team members for continuous product enhancement. )

入職要求 Requirements 

  • 至少有3-5年類似職位的相關泰菜/西餐經驗,經驗較少者將被考慮為初級廚師 (At least 3- 5 years’relevant experience in similar position specializes in Thai/Western cuisine, Applicants with less experience may be consider for the post of Junior Chef. )
  • 在成本控制,食品安全標準和廚房管理方面具有豐富的知識。 (Strong knowledge in cost control, food safety standard and kitchen management. )
  • 有責任心,具有出色的領導和溝通能力。 (Responsible, with excellent leadership and communication skills. )
