 Duties:

  • Seek and propose private markets investment opportunities to high-net-worth individual (HNWI) 
  • Understand the needs of clients in the hospitality & digital marketing industry and generate materials for client and internal presentation 
  • Maintain client relationships and provide industry related input in the process of executing transactions 
  • Leading and further developing the hospitality & digital marketing sector to deliver multi-products solutions to targeted priority clients 
  • Need to identify, assess, promote and maximize business opportunities, using and focusing on the full range of products from different business areas. 
  • Develop and implement business strategies targeting potential clients in Hong Kong and Mainland China 
  • Communicate and coordinate operational activities with business partners 
  • Prospect and generate new business by expanding the customer portfolio and enhancing existing relationships through identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-tiering 
  • Demonstrates broad knowledge of the client’s industry: aware of its benchmarks, standards, methodologies and structures; knowledgeable of the up-to-date information of client industry practices and processes, keep abreast of trends and developments 
  • Systematically acquires relevant information to support key decisions; is particularly resourceful in securing information from a variety of sources and integrates new information into planning and/or decision-making 
  • Use analytical skills and knowledge of the industry to evaluate the financial condition of the clients and make recommendations of portfolio 
  • Consistently applies established procedures/ practices to make financial decisions 
  • Take ownership for solving problems, engaging the appropriate associates and addressing client issues in a timely and accurate manner 

  

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines  
  • 5 years' solid working experience in marketing or hospitality industry 
  • Strong systematic and analytical skills. 
  • Self-driven, independent and strong time management. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
