Our client is now looking for high calibre candidate to fill the following position:
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
- At least 4-6 years relevant working experience preferably with PRC valuation exposure
- HK, the PRC & overseas property valuation works including market research, data analysis, modelling and report preparation
- Exercise sound judgement and decision making to produce accurate and high quality valuations
- Review valuation and research reports from team members to ensure professional service standard
- Carry out feasibility study and due diligence with our professional team members including CFA & CPA
- IPO, circular and M&A projects in-charge
- Manage mandates with clients and external professional parties and take lead in making recommendations on valuation issues
Remarks:
- Monthly salary: HK$35-70K (depends on skills/experience)
- Working location: Wan Chai
